Member of the International Alliance of Holistic Lawyers. Although many of our Mediators have a legal background and/or law degrees we are of the belief that individuals can empower themselves to create their own outcome and avoid the time-consuming, frazzled environment of court litigation.
We have over 30+ years buying/selling real estate, working for large and small corporations (both union and non-union shops) owned businesses and experienced first hand the trials of court litigation. It was never pretty, even when we felt we had won in court.
In addition to the business side of litigation many of us have personally experienced custody disputes and divorce litigation.

All sessions are 4 hours - hourly rate after 4 hours. (No extra charge for Saturday or Sunday Mediations)
